• Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide residents with exceptional customer service and foster good resident relations.
• Maintain daily service request system and complete service requests.
• Perform apartment turnover duties and repair appliances as needed.
• Maintain maintenance inventory and safety procedures.
• Work with contractors for snow removal, lawn care, and other tasks.
• Be part of an on-site team and participate in after-hours on-call rotation.
