Job summary

Ambo Properties is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our residential communities. You’ll perform upkeep, repairs, and preventive maintenance across apartment units and common areas, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance service.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in property maintenance, safe tool handling, a valid driver’s license, and a flexible schedule. We offer competitive pay, health benefits, PTO, and opportunities for growth in a team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (required).
• 1–3 years of experience in property maintenance or a related field (preferred).
• Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment safely.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, or additional hours as needed to meet deadlines.
