• Experience managing residential property maintenance teams.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and building systems.
• Hands-on experience diagnosing maintenance problems and coordinating repairs.
• Experience supervising technicians, contractors, and service providers.
• Ability to create and manage preventive maintenance programs.
• Project management skills for multiple repair projects.

Responsabilités

• Lead and supervise maintenance technicians across properties.
• Coordinate inspection, maintenance, and repair of building systems.
• Develop and implement maintenance procedures with property managers.
• Create preventive maintenance schedules to reduce failures.
• Prioritize, assign, and monitor work orders.
• Oversee projects from planning to completion, including budgets.
• Manage vendors, contractors, and materials.
• Ensure safety, quality, and compliance in all projects.
• Document work using property management systems.
• Travel between properties as needed.
