Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily maintenance operations and team performance.
• Manage on-call rotation and scheduling.
• Process work orders for repairs in occupied and vacant units.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors to complete tasks.
• Maintain safety, logs, inspections, and compliance documentation.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans.
• Monitor property grounds and ensure curb appeal.
• Lead budget planning and expense management for maintenance.
