You will work on-site, coordinate access with tenants, and strive for quality finishes. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of residential maintenance experience, solid plumbing/electrical/carpentry/painting skills, own tools, and a valid license.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of residential maintenance or handyman experience.
• Strong knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting.
• Own basic hand tools and reliable transportation.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to lift 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs including drywall patching and painting.
• Handle minor plumbing, electrical, and appliance troubleshooting and replacement.
• Coordinate unit turns between tenants and inspections.
• Maintain clean, professional job sites and track time and materials used.
• Identify issues early and recommend repairs.
