Job summary

National CORE in San Diego is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support upkeep, functionality, and appearance of the property. You will assist with routine maintenance, landscaping, and general property management under supervision, ensuring a clean, safe living environment for residents.

The role requires entry-level experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work with residents and under supervision.

Qualifications

• One year of experience in a similar maintenance role.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to work under supervision and follow instructions.
• Strong customer service mindset and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Assist with upkeep of vacant apartments and common areas.
• Daily cleaning of laundry, pool, restrooms, and leasing office areas.
• Paint and touch up vacant apartments and exterior surfaces as needed.
• Support maintenance supervisor in pool, fixtures, drains and other facilities.
