Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3 years of residential property claims adjusting experience for CAT and daily claims.
• Proficiency with computers including Microsoft Office and data-entry on multiple screens.
• P&C Adjuster license required.

Responsabilités

• Manage an inventory of property claims and evaluate coverage and damages.
• Conduct investigations and plan action steps per policy and regulations.
• Communicate with policyholders, public adjusters, attorneys, and third parties.
• Review estimates and negotiate settlements with insureds and vendors.
• Maintain accurate documentation and timely claim resolution.
• Apply policy knowledge, Xactimate, and claims handling guidelines.
• Demonstrate empathy and deliver exceptional customer service.
