Job summary

Star Lumber & Supply Co., Inc. is seeking a proactive administrative sales & installation support team member to bolster the Residential Sales, Installation, and Design Groups. You will handle administrative processes, schedule jobs, and coordinate projects to ensure smooth delivery.

Your day-to-day includes processing orders with outside vendors, collaborating with sales reps, designers, estimators, PMs, and customers, and verifying estimates with high accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating multiple projects in an administrative setting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Word, and Outlook.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative mindset.
• Excellent organization, attention to detail, and time management.
