Job summary

AHRC New York City is seeking a Residential Coordinator for the Bronx ICF Residence to supervise the ongoing operation of residential management systems and the individualized program planning process. You will direct the interdisciplinary team, ensure compliance with regulations, and coordinate services under the Home and Community Based Services Waiver.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Human Services and at least three years in a management/supervisory position over multiple residential group

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Services is required.
• Master's degree in Human Services is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise non-nursing clinical and consultant team members within the assigned region.
• Interview, hire and train employees; plan, assign and direct work; appraise performance and address issues.
• Ensure ongoing compliance with State and Federal regulations for all facilities and programs.
• Coordinate services for individuals served under the Home and Community Based Services Waiver.
• Oversee training and quality assurance of management systems and staff development.
• Provide supervision during vacancies or absences of regular management staff.
