Job summary

CP Unlimited, a leading New York City community service organization, seeks a Residential Coordinator for its Manhattan Community Living Program. The role ensures the safety and well-being of residents and directs Supervisors and Direct Care Staff to maintain high-quality services.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree in a related human services field, at least 3 years’ experience with developmentally disabled individuals, and 2 years’ supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related human services field and a minimum of 3 years’ experience working with developmentally disabled individuals.
• QIDP preferred.
• Minimum of two (2) years supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of HCBS Waiver, IRA and ICF regulations.
• Must be able to provide weekend coverage as scheduled and work flexible hours as needed.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications.

Currently we are seeking a Residential Coordinator to join our team in our Manhattan Community Living Program.

The Residential Coordinator ensures the overall care and well-being of persons receiving services in our residential programs. The Manager is responsible for the overall management of the residences and direct supervision of Supervisors and Direct Care Staff. In addition, the Manager sets performance standards and provides the support and training necessary for staff to achieve success in their roles.
