Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Overall Supervision and training of Program Coordinators, Program Managers and residential staff on assigned caseload.
  • Management of employees including hiring, training, discipline and evaluation.
  • Ensure residences comply with local, state, federal and other regulatory bodies; participate in inspections.
  • Conduct audits of case records and monitor corrective actions for the caseload.
  • Ensure programs operate at or under budget.
  • Lead staff trainings, meetings and weekly case reviews as instructed.
  • Train program coordinators and managers on client-specific trainings and up-to-date staff training.
  • Monitor and document petty cash and client funds expenditures.
