Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision, coaching, and support to residential staff.
• Oversee daily operations of residences, including staffing and coverage.
• Monitor participant health, safety, and well-being; coordinate medical appointments.
• Ensure compliance with agency policies, DDDS regulations, licensing, and documentation.
• Collaborate with families, guardians, state agencies, and providers.
• Assist with recruitment, onboarding, training, and retention of staff.
• Respond to emergencies on-call and promote a positive team culture.
