Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Special Education, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum two years of experience supporting individuals with autism or developmental disabilities.
• Minimum two years of supervisory or management experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of a residential home.
• Lead, mentor, and supervise residential staff.
• Provide direct support to individuals with autism.
• Ensure compliance with NHIA policies and regulations.
