Job summary

Beacon Light Behavioral Health System is seeking a Residential Program Manager to lead day-to-day operations of the Youngsville Specialty Residential program, oversee staff, subcontractors, and budgets to achieve goals.

You will work with the Director of Residential Services and Executive Director to ensure coordination and exceptional service for clients, families, and partners. A Master’s degree and supervisory experience are required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in counseling or human services.
• Minimum 2 years' program management and/or nonprofit experience.
• Minimum 2 years supervisory experience.
• Experience working with mental health and developmentally disabled individuals.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the residential programs.
• Provide strategic oversight of subcontractors, budgets, and forecasting.
• Ensure high-quality customer service to internal and external customers.
