Job summary

The Residential Supervisor at Beacon Light Behavioral Health System leads the Youngsville Specialized Residential program, guiding staff and ensuring high‑quality therapeutic services for children and young adults with complex needs.

You will oversee scheduling, performance management, regulatory compliance, and the implementation of individualized treatment plans, while collaborating with families and community partners to promote recovery and successful reintegration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus one year work experience with children; OR
• Associate's degree or 60 credit hours plus 3 years work experience with children.

Responsibilities

• Oversee staff development, scheduling and performance management for the YSR program.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and deliver quality, trauma-informed care.
• Provide direct support to residents when needed and supervise implementation of treatment plans.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers and community partners to promote independence and successful reintegration.
