The University of Louisville is seeking a Department Coordinator IV in Belknap Campus to lead LLC and themed residence initiatives and support in-hall education that aligns with classroom learning. You will recruit partners, oversee marketing and applications, and help select students for LLC/TC communities.

Preferred candidates hold a Master’s degree or are actively pursuing graduate studies with experience in residential education and program development.

Formación

• Master’s degree or active enrollment in a graduate program preferred.
• Experience with living-learning or themed residence programs is desirable.
• Experience coordinating programs, partnerships, and student engagement in higher education.

Responsabilidades

• Lead in-hall education efforts for LLCs and TCs and promote living-learning communities.
• Recruit and engage campus and community partners, supporting their visions and goals.
• Coordinate marketing, applications, and student selection for LLCs/TCs.
• Provide supervision and guidance to Resident Assistants and ensure programming benchmarks are met.
