The University of Louisville's Department of University Housing seeks a Department Coordinator IV (Program Coordinator, Programming) at Belknap Campus. This full-time, non-exempt role leads the development, implementation, and evaluation of a comprehensive residential curriculum to support student learning, growth, and success.

You will work with UHRE staff, student workers, and campus partners to promote engagement, diversity, equity, and inclusion; coordinate resources, training, and events;

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience developing, implementing, and assessing residential education or student engagement programs.
• Experience collaborating with staff, student workers, faculty and campus partners.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate the development, implementation, and evaluation of a residential curriculum.
• Manage budget allocations for residential programming initiatives.
• Collaborate with student organizations and campus partners to promote engagement, equity, and inclusion.
• Oversee training and support for staff and student workers involved in program planning.
• Assist with campus initiatives such as freshman orientation and Welcome Week.
• Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.
