The University of Louisville’s Department of University Housing and the Resident Experience (UHRE) invites applications for a Department Coordinator IV (Program Coordinator, LLCs/TCs). This full-time, on-site role leads in-hall education and supports the development of living-learning and themed residence communities.

You will recruit partners, manage marketing, applications, and student selection for LLCs/TCs, oversee Resident Education staff, and help weave classroom learning into everyday

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience with living-learning communities or residential education.
• Experience developing programs and student engagement within higher education.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and student information systems (e.g., PeopleSoft, Navigate/Card Smart, StarRez).

Responsabilités

• Meet goals to maximize student learning, development, and academic success for all communities.
• Develop LLC and TC communities.
• Recruit and collaborate with campus partners; support visions, missions, and goals of LLC/TCs.
• Coordinate the marketing, application process, and student selection for LLCs/TCs.
• Oversee Resident Education staff and ensure programming benchmarks are met.
• Lead life-skills enrichment education in residence halls.
• Maintain records of partner information, funds, and events.
• Support UHRE and Resident Experience leadership with administrative duties.
• Assist with Division initiatives such as freshman orientation, Welcome Week, and move-in events.
