Job summary

Qualifications

Advanced Leadership Course (ALC) or civilian equivalent preferred.
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written are required.
Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
Must have experience working with Educational and/or Training Programs.
Knowledge and experience in working with at-risk youth preferred.

Responsibilities

Direct line supervision of the Residential Advisors Department; supervises, schedules, and assigns duties.
Develops Residential Advisor staff and tracks training dates and PERs.
Reviews payroll documents and conducts counseling for subordinates.
Recommends disciplinary actions and evaluates staff performance.
Maintains SOPs for the Residential Advisors Department and coordinates with HR.
