Job summary

Dungarvin Minnesota is seeking a Residential Program Coordinator to support individuals with disabilities in community living settings. The RPC will coordinate services, manage staff schedules, and ensure safety and quality of supports in everyday operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance.
• Two years of experience with individuals with disabilities or one year lead staff experience, or a two-year degree in a related field.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Basic computer skills for documentation and communication.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate services related to finances, activities, healthcare, nutrition, household management, and educational/vocational programs.
• Create and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate program coverage.
• Assist the supervisor in maintaining consistency in programming, individual supports, and team communication.
• Provide guidance, coaching, and support to staff and support team members.
• Perform direct support duties during assigned shifts, including personal cares, meal preparation, transportation, and other activities of daily living.
• Promote person-centered supports that foster independence, choice, dignity, and positive outcomes.
• Assist with household management and help maintain a clean, safe, and well-maintained home environment, including general housekeeping and upkeep tasks.
• Communicate program, household, medical, behavioral, and staffing needs to supervisors.
