Job summary

The Salvation Army USA Eastern Territory is seeking a Program Coordinator for Community Based Living in Lower Bucks County, PA. You will lead a residential team, ensure high-quality care, safety, and daily living supports for adults with developmental disabilities.

You will supervise staff, manage schedules, and stay compliant with federal, state, and local regulations, including 24/7 operations. A strong commitment to service and reliability is essential.

Qualifications

• Associate degree (or 60 credits) with 2 years field experience, or HS diploma with 5 years field experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; comfortable with computers and EHRS.
• Solid understanding of federal/state/county regulations (6400).
• Supervise staff, schedule management, and maintain a positive work environment.
• Must have a validDriver’s License, reliable vehicle, and on-call readiness.

Responsibilities

• Lead residential program operations and supervise staff.
• Ensure top-tier care, safety, and program quality for residents.
• Manage schedules, important records, and quality surveys.
• Coordinate with participants' families and funding sources.
