Job summary

ColumbiaCare Services, Inc. seeks a Residential Assistant Administrator for Madrone Ridge SRTF in Junction City, OR.

You will help develop program structure, oversee on-site and off-site visits, and support residents with severe mental illness on the floor to improve independent functioning. The role includes active supervision, coordination with the Residential Administrator and Facilities, and ensuring smooth daily operations.

Qualifications

• Must be eligible for QMHA registration in Oregon or will be assisted to register within the first week.
• QMHA registration requires the 1000 supervised hours for certification.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain program structure and guidelines for the stabilizing of individuals with severe mental illness.
• Assist the Residential Administrator with daily oversight and coordination of visits and appointments.
• Provide treatment services and support clients by working on the floor to foster independent functioning.
• Maintain regular presence in the milieu and communicate with Facilities team to address needs.
• Ensure compliance with program operations and resident support services.

Skills

Supervisory experience

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Science: Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, Human Development, or related field

Three years of verifiable behavioral health experience in a supervised setting

Equivalent combination of behavioral science education and satisfactory training
