ColumbiaCare Services is seeking a Residential Care Associate II for Madrone Ridge in Junction City, OR. Qualifications

• Must be eligible for QMHA‑R registration through MHACBO.
• One of: Bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Science or verifiable behavioral health experience (3+ years) in supervised setting.

Responsibilities

• Support residents according to individualized treatment plans.
• Administer prescribed medications and document on medical charts.
• Assist with medication self-administration and transportation of clients.
• Maintain productivity standards for documentation.
