Job summary

ColumbiaCare Services is seeking a Residential Assistant Administrator for Madrone Ridge SRTF in Junction City, OR. You will develop program structure, monitor operations, and support residents with severe mental illness to improve independence.

The role includes on-site floor support, coordination with the Residential Administrator, and ensuring smooth daily functions. Driving is required; MHACBO QMHA registration assistance provided. Optional Vocational Training may accelerate certification.

Qualifications

• QMHA eligibility required: one of three criteria including Bachelor's in Behavioral Science, 3 years of related experience, or equivalent combination.
• Experience supervising union-represented employees is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain program structure and guidelines by monitoring all aspects of the program operations and resident support services.
• Assist Residential Administrator with daily oversight and coordination of on-site and off-site visits and appointments.
• Provide treatment services and support clients by spending part of the shift on the floor to enhance independent functioning.
