Cayuga Health is seeking a Program Director for Cayuga Addiction Recovery Services on the Residential Campus in Trumansburg, NY. You will lead operations, governance, and clinical-administrative functions to support a licensed residential program.

Responsibilities include policy development, regulatory compliance, admissions oversight, budget management, and ongoing integration with Centralus Health partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or related field.
• QHP license or certification required in NYS.
• 2 years management experience in a health setting.
• 5+ years SUD treatment experience.
• Experience with insurance, admissions, and professional report writing.

Responsabilités

• Provide leadership and operational guidance to residential staff.
• Write, revise, and maintain residential policies ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Ensure licensure, certifications and accreditations remain in good standing and respond to surveys.
• Oversee resident admissions, referrals, assessment and intake; supervise admissions staff.
• Develop and maintain annual budget; monitor revenues and control expenses.
• Collaborate with CHS partners to analyze operational and quality metrics for growth.
• Foster integration of CARS into CHS IT/HR/Purchasing/Quality/Risk/Finance.
