Job summary

Paycom is seeking a residential supervisor to oversee daily operations, supervise staff, and ensure quality care for residents. The role focuses on training, professional boundaries, and coordination of services within the residence.

The incumbent will manage medication protocols, maintain confidential records, and participate in program budgeting and audits. Strong communication and multitasking are essential to support residents and staff effectively.

Qualifications

• Two years’ experience in a residential service or rehabilitation setting.
• At least one year experience with individuals’ diagnoses/disabilities on a supervised site.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with technology and computer skills.
• Ability to model professionalism, accountability and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction and supervision for daily operations of residence(s).
• Supervise staff and mentor for all residential counselor responsibilities; ensure training and re-training as needed.
• Maintain clinical, medical, health care records and ensure treatment plans are followed.
• Oversee medication protocols, audits, and related documentation.
• Prepare staff evaluations and coordinate meetings with Program Manager.
• Ensure safety, budgeting, procurement, and reporting requirements are met.
