Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of experience including 3 years in residential management and staff supervision.
• Experience supporting individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities or brain injuries.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance and the ability to read and write clearly.

Responsibilities

• Hires, trains, evaluates, and provides support to Residential Supervisors; ensures understanding of standards.
• Ensures regulatory and policy compliance through record reviews, inspections, and audits.
• Guides in development of treatment plans and monitors implementation across residences.
• Assists with recruiting, supervising, and training Direct Support Professionals.
• Serves as liaison with MRC State Head Injury Program and DDS for assigned homes.
• Provides mandatory trainings for agency staff including safety and health topics.
• Reviews and finalizes incident, restraint, medication, ISP reports and objectives.
• Ensures compliance with CARF standards and state regulations.
• Provides rotational weekend and evening on-call coverage.
• Acts as mandated reporter for abuse/neglect to DPPC.
