Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years relevant experience, including 3 years residential management and staff supervision.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements (state and CARF).
• Must be able to provide hands-on support and communicate effectively.

• Ensure regulatory and policy compliance in homes; conduct reviews and audits.
