Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of experience including 3 years in residential management
• Experience supporting individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities, autism, or brain injuries
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance and CARF standards

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, evaluate, and support Residential Supervisors
• Ensure compliance via reviews, inspections, and audits
• Develop and monitor individual service plans and clinical supports
• Recruit and supervise Direct Support Professionals
• Liaise with MRC and DDS for residents
• Provide mandatory trainings on safety and procedures
• Review incident and medication reports and other key documents
• Maintain regulatory standards and CARF accreditation
• Provide after-hours on-call coverage
• Act as mandated reporter for abuse/neglect
