Job summary

SCO Family of Services in New York is seeking a Residence Supervisor to oversee daily operations of the residential program. You will supervise DSPs and Assistant Managers, ensure staffing coverage, and maintain program budgets and regulatory documentation.

The role requires strong leadership, 3+ years in behavioral health or residential settings, and a NY driver’s license. You will ensure training, quality care, and collaboration with clinical teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associates or bachelor's preferred.
• At least 3 years of experience with individuals with developmental disabilities, preferably residential/treatment.
• Minimum 3 years of administrative/managerial experience with behavioral health challenges.

Responsibilities

• Supervise residence staff, including hiring, training, evaluating, and terminating with Program Coordinator and HR.
• Ensure program budgets and payroll overtime are managed; oversee Coupa expenditures.
• Maintain compliance with OPWDD and agency standards; document logs and reports.
• Coordinate with nursing/clinical teams for medication monitoring and appointments.
• Conduct monthly staff meetings and provide in-house training and orientations.
