Job summary

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage a diverse staff in a 24-hour residential setting.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
• Experience developing positive therapeutic relationships with stakeholders.
• Ability to assess problems, gather information and act appropriately.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Knowledge of program management and individuals with acquired brain injuries.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage program staff to optimize buyer support and operational goals.
• Provide supervision and direction on treatment plans and interventions.
• Manage staff performance with coaching and training.
• Schedule nursing and direct care staff for 24/7 coverage.
• Ensure intake and initial assessments for prospective individuals.
• Complete comprehensive assessments for persons served.
• Participate in meetings regarding treatment planning.
• Ensure documentation and reporting of actions and plans.
• Maintain compliance with licensing, accreditation standards and policies.
• Provide on-call backup and on-site support as needed.
