As a Residential Manager, you will coordinate staff management, maintain compliance with licensing standards, and oversee program activities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Developmental Disabilities and supervision.
• Must pass State/Federal Criminal Background checks.
• Knowledge of normalization concepts and experience in home management.
