Job summary

Strive Solutions is seeking a Program Management Residential Supervisor in New Jersey to oversee daily operations of a community-based residential program serving individuals with behavioral health and developmental needs.

You will lead, mentor, and support residential staff, coordinate person-centered care planning, ensure high-quality and compliant service delivery, and collaborate with families and clinicians to improve outcomes.
