Qualifications

• Associate's degree in human services or related field required or equivalent experience.
• Strong communication, organizational and supervisory skills.
• Experience serving individuals with disabilities preferred.
• Ability to plan and organize daily operations and maintain documentation.
• Comfort with using Microsoft Office and relevant computer programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision and problem-solving support to employees.
• Schedule staff to maintain minimums and ensure safe, supportive residential care.
• Maintain accurate records and billing for the program per policy.
