Job summary

LifePath Hospice in Sellersville, PA, is seeking a Program Supervisor for a regular full-time position. The role involves managing a residential group home, supervising direct care staff, interviewing, scheduling, training, payroll, and monthly reporting, while ensuring adherence to behavior and care plans.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year experience working with adults diagnosed with developmental disabilities.
• One year supervisory experience preferred.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver's license with 3-year clean driving record (preferred).
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.
• Ability to read and comprehend English to understand work assignments and LifePath policies.

Responsibilities

• Overall management of a residential group home and supervision of direct care staff.
• Interviewing, scheduling, training, and disciplinary actions.
• Payroll, petty cash, and monthly/annual reports.
• Daily documentation and coordination of medical appointments.
• Implementation and oversight of behavior plans and care plans.

Program Supervisor responsibilities include but are not limited to overall management of a residential group home, supervising direct care staff, interviewing, scheduling, training, disciplines, monthly staff meetings, payroll, petty cash, monthly and annual reports; daily documentation, monthly fire drills, community outings, scheduling and attending doctors’ appointments with residents, direct care, and following and overseeing implementation of behavior plans, protocols and care plans.
