Job summary

Lifepath, Inc. is hiring LPN/RN for a residential group home in Sellersville, PA. Positions include second shift and Awake Overnight shifts, with every other weekend. Direct care and medical responsibilities span personal care, meals, transportation, and documentation within a supportive team.

Minimum 1 year nursing experience and a valid PA license are required. On-site training and excellent benefits accompany competitive hourly pay rates of $32.75–$34.75.

Qualifications

• Current LPN/RN license from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
• A minimum of one year nursing experience.
• Valid Driver's License with a clean 3 year record.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.
• Ability to read and comprehend English language to understand work assignments and LifePath policies.

Responsibilities

• Provide care in a residential group home working with adults with developmental and physical disabilities.
• Coordinate with direct care staff to meet residents' needs including personal care, meals, transportation and household duties.
• Administer medications and assist with medical appointments, assessments, treatments and required documentation.

LPN/RN job responsibilities include but are not limited to providing care in a residential group home working with adults with developmental and physical disabilities. Jobs duties include: Working with the direct care staff to ensure all of the residents needs are met including personal care, meals, transportation, household duties, medication administration, attending medical appointments, medical assessments and treatments, medical and other documentation and paperwork as required.
