Job summary

LifePath in Sellersville, PA seeks a Direct Support Professional to assist individuals with developmental disabilities with personal care, transportation, and community activities, while documenting programs and supporting safe daily routines.

This regular full-time role requires HS Diploma/GED, at least 18 years old, a valid driver's license with a clean driving record, ability to lift 50 pounds, and ability to read and understand English. A competitive benefits package is provided.

Direct Support (DSP) responsibilities include but are not limited to assisting individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities with personal care and hygiene, medication administration, transportation, in home and community activities and outings, program documentation, etc.

Direct Support Professional (DSP) Qualifications:

• HS Diploma/GED
• At least 18 years of age
• Have a valid driver's license with a clean 3 year driving record
• Ability to lift 50 pounds
• Ability to read and comprehend English language to understand work assignments, LifePath policies and procedures, and perform job safely

• Medical/Dental/Prescription and TELADOC
• Full Time employees eligible the 1st of the month following 60 days of employment.
• Paid time off (PTO)
• Up to 13 days accrued in first year of employment
• Up to $1200 after 1 year of service
• Up to $2000 after 2 years of service
• LifePath will contribute 3% of base rate salary provided employee contributes 2.5% or more
• Provides a paid benefit of 13 weeks at 66 2/3% of salary with an initial 7 day waiting period.
• Amount equal to twice your annual salary.
