Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in special education, psychology, human services or related field required.
• At least one year of residential management experience and two years direct support experience with developmental disabilities population required.
• MAP certification or ability to pass MAP within first 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Directly schedule, monitor, supervise and evaluate all staff within the assigned residence.
• Oversee residential data collection systems, logs and records up to date.
• Ensure upkeep of the home by overseeing day-to-day cleanliness and repairs.
• Oversee expenditures and purchasing of supplies and personal needs.
