Qualifications

• At least one year of residential management experience and two years direct support experience with developmental disabilities.
• Reliable transportation to multiple residential locations in Massachusetts.
• Must undergo background record check requirements.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, supervise, and evaluate all staff within the assigned residence.
• Ensure that all residential data collection systems are up to date.
• Administer and record individuals’ medications.

Skills

Oral and written communication skills in English

Organization and time management

Supervisor and administrative skills

Education

Bachelor’s degree in special education, psychology, human services or related field
