Job summary

You will manage daily operations, staff training, and ensure that individuals receive the necessary care. The starting salary is $55,000 annually with benefits including competitive insurance and generous PTO.

Qualifications

• Must have two years of behavioral health experience.
• Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record.
• Experience supporting individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train teams to support programmatic initiatives and daily routines.
• Manage staff schedules and ensure shifts are adequately staffed.
• Develop and implement activity programs including the Meaningful Day curriculum.
• Monitor the health and medical needs of individuals and report concerns.
