You’ll assist with daily living tasks, coordinate with care teams, and help maintain a safe, welcoming home environment. Background checks and health screening are required. This is a mission-driven role with rewarding growth opportunities and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old and have a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to communicate in English, including spoken and written forms.
• Background check, drug screen, and health screen required where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct programming and support to persons with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
• Assist with daily living tasks including dietary, laundry, toileting and housekeeping duties.
• Support the team to maintain a safe, respectful environment for participants.
