Job summary

Community Options, Inc. is seeking a Residential Program Manager in Drums, PA, responsible for leading a team to provide person-centered care for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This role includes managing daily operations, ensuring staff performance, and developing activity programs.

The position offers a starting salary of $55,000 per year, competitive insurance benefits, generous PTO, and numerous career growth opportunities within the organization.

Qualifications

• Two years’ full-time work experience in supporting people with disabilities.
• Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Manage staff schedules and ensure shifts are adequately staffed.
• Manage team performance through effective communication and training.
• Develop and implement activity programs including the Meaningful Day curriculum.
• Ensure individuals are supported per their ISP/PCP including medication management.
• Monitor health and medical needs of individuals and report concerns.

Skills

Two years’ full-time work experience in supporting people with disabilities

Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record

Knowledge of state regulatory agency operations

Education

Bachelor's degree preferred; High school diploma or equivalent required
