Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years’ full-time experience supporting people with disabilities.
• Valid driver's license with satisfactory driving record.
• Knowledge of state regulatory agency operations for supports.
• Background checks including criminal, registry, and drug testing required.

Responsibilities

• Manage staff schedules and ensure shifts are adequately staffed.
• Support team performance through communication, training, and recognition.
• Develop and implement activity programs including the Meaningful Day curriculum.
• Communicate with families and guardians as needed.
• Ensure individuals are supported per ISP/PCP including medication management.
• Maintain accurate program documentation and billable records.
• Monitor health and medical needs and report concerns promptly.
• Manage relationships with families and guardians.
• Ensure work locations and vehicles are clean and stocked with supplies.
• Cooperate with license and department staff during inspections.
