Community Options, Inc. in Cookeville, TN is seeking an experienced Residential Program Manager to lead a team delivering person-centered support to individuals with disabilities.

The role focuses on day-to-day operations, coordination with families, and ensuring services meet ISP/PCP plans, medication management, and safety standards. The ideal candidate has a medical background (preferred), a high school diploma or bachelor’s degree, and at least two years of relevant experience.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree preferred; High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Two years’ full-time work experience in supporting people with disabilities.
• Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record.
• Knowledge of state regulatory agency operations and standards relevant to supporting individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities.
• Employment is contingent upon successful completion of checks of criminal background, central registry, child abuse registry, and drug testing.

• Manage team performance through effective communication, training, performance management, staff meetings, and employee recognition.

• Ensure work locations and vehicles are clean, well maintained, and stocked with necessary supplies including groceries, medications, and cleaning supplies.
• Additional tasks and responsibilities may be assigned.
• Employee must cooperate with the license and department staff in any inspection, inquiry, or investigation.

Community Options, Inc. is a national non-profit agency providing services to individuals with disabilities in 11 states.

We are actively seeking an experienced Residential Program Manager in Cookeville, TN. The Program Manager leads a team to provide person-centered care tailored to meet the needs of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This person will support teams with day-to-day operations and challenges to achieve programmatic goals.

Starting pay rate: $44,000 - $50,000 (Based on experience)

Working Conditions

• Work in residential programs, day programs, and in the community
• Schedule may change due to business needs and may include evening and weekend hours
• May be required to be on-call in cooperation with other management staff
