Job summary

Equus Workforce Solutions is seeking a supervisor to oversee staff, documentation, and service plans for individuals with acquired brain injuries. You will monitor incidents, budgets, and compliance while ensuring safety and quality in service delivery.

The role requires supervisory experience, knowledge of regulations, strong communication, and flexibility to cover shifts. A related degree or equivalent experience is accepted, with a valid driver's license preferred.

Qualifications

• One year of supervisory experience.
• Experience serving individuals with acquired brain injuries preferred.
• Strong communication skills, verbal and written.
• Flexibility to cover shifts across hours and locations.
• Knowledge of Federal, State, and local regulations.
• Ability to use a calculator and standard office equipment; highly organized.
• Bachelor’s in Business, Healthcare Administration, or Social Science; or HS diploma with 3 years brain injury/residential services.
• Education exceptions require state-law compliance and written administrator approval.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Provides timely feedback and oversight on staff documentation, including daily progress notes, data sheets, and incident reports.
• Ensures each person served has an activity schedule developed and implemented.
• Oversees audit systems and coaches staff on client rights and finances.
• Assists with review and tracking of incident and accident reports.
• Responds to emergencies for persons served.
• Trains staff on financial and administrative controls.
• Other duties as assigned
