Job summary

NeuLife Rehabilitation seeks a Program Manager to provide operational oversight of direct care staff and coordinate residential and community services for individuals with traumatic brain injuries and neurological conditions. You will work with leadership to support staffing, training, compliance, scheduling, and quality outcomes.

The role involves supervising staff, coordinating coverage, coaching, onboarding, audits, and continuous improvement, fostering accountability and person-centered care

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered
• Minimum of 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience
• Experience with ABI populations (Acquired Brain Injury)
• Experience in healthcare, behavioral health, rehabilitation, residential services, or human services preferred
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of staffing coordination and employee supervision
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and electronic systems
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record required

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support direct care staff operations
• Assist with scheduling and staffing coordination to ensure appropriate coverage
• Conduct routine staff coaching, training, and performance monitoring
• Support onboarding and orientation of new employees
• Ensure compliance with company policies, state regulations, and program standards
• Monitor documentation completion and operational workflows
• Assist with incident follow-up, corrective actions, and service quality improvement
• Promote a culture of accountability, professionalism, and person-centered care
• Collaborate with nursing, therapy, HR, and executive leadership teams
• Participate in audits, inspections, and operational reviews
• Address employee concerns and assist with conflict resolution
• Maintain a safe and supportive environment for persons served and staff
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and operational standardization
• Perform other duties as assigned
