Job summary

NeuLife Rehabilitation in Kentucky is seeking a Program Manager to provide operational oversight of direct care staff and coordinate residential and community services for individuals with traumatic brain injuries and neurological conditions.

This role partners with leadership to support staffing, training, compliance, scheduling, and quality outcomes, ensuring accountability, safety, and person-centered care across programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Minimum of 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Experience with ABI populations.
• Healthcare/rehabilitation/human services background preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of staffing coordination and employee supervision.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and electronic systems.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support direct care staff operations.
• Assist with scheduling and staffing coordination to ensure coverage.
• Conduct staff coaching, training, and performance monitoring.
• Support onboarding and orientation of new employees.
• Ensure compliance with policies, state regulations, and program standards.
• Monitor documentation completion and operational workflows.
• Collaborate with nursing, therapy, HR, and leadership teams.
• Participate in audits, inspections, and operational reviews.
• Address employee concerns and assist with conflict resolution.
• Maintain a safe and supportive environment for persons served and staff.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and standardization.
