Job summary

Mount Rogers seeks a Program Administrator I to oversee a congregate residential program, directing staff, budgeting, and program planning to ensure quality service for consumers.

Responsibilities include supervising and training staff, monitoring regulatory compliance, and maintaining records. The role requires relevant degrees or experience, driver’s license, and QMHP preferred with supervisory background.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of treatment, training and care issues for people who have been dually diagnosed.
• Knowledge of supervisory practices and supervisory skills.
• Knowledge of program planning and management.
• Skills in program planning and evaluation, needs assessment, and resource coordination.
• Skills in decision making, observation, communication, budgeting, counseling, and organizing.
• Knowledge of nutrition and safety.
• Math and accounting skills.
• Knowledge of basic medical practices and medication administration procedures.
• A bachelor’s degree or higher required or equivalent education and or experience or LPN/RN is required.
• QMHP is preferred. Supervisory experience is preferred.
• Valid Driver's License and copy of DMV safe driving record required.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, direct, schedule, supervise, and evaluate staff to provide professional development and responsive services.
• Oversee training and treatment program design reviewed by interdisciplinary and psychiatric teams quarterly.
• Monitor compliance with licensure, Medicaid, and other regulatory standards.
• Assist in maintaining a physical facility, including housekeeping, maintenance, food service, and procurement.
• Assist in maintaining a facility budget, billing and disbursements, and regular revenue/expenditure reports.
• Supervise program activities per treatment plans and maintain recordkeeping and data collection systems.
