Join us as a RESIDENTIAL PROGRAM MANAGER at Waystone HHS

We are seeking a dedicated individual to oversee the daily operations of our residential group home, ensuring the safety and wellbeing of residents and staff. This role involves staff supervision, compliance with regulatory standards, and meeting residents' medical and clinical needs.

Primary Responsibilities

• Lead staff training, supervision, and performance evaluations to foster a skilled and motivated team.
• Develop and implement Individual Support Plans in collaboration with clinical staff.
• Maintain high-quality care and accurate documentation, including ISP, behavior plans, and health records.
• Coordinate healthcare and medical needs, working closely with clinical teams.
• Manage program funds responsibly, ensuring proper documentation and budget adherence.
• Ensure compliance with all regulations, policies, and confidentiality standards.
• Promote community engagement and positive relationships for residents.
• Communicate effectively with families and guardians, and coordinate meetings as needed.
• Oversee program technology, including timekeeping and health records systems.
• Provide emergency coverage and address maintenance needs of the residential site.
• Conduct regular staff meetings and support team collaboration.
• Participate in program transitions and management meetings.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements

• At least three years of experience in Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities.
• Bachelor's degree in human services or related field preferred; High School diploma or GED required.
• Strong management and organizational skills.
• Supervisory and administrative experience preferred.
• Certification in Medication Administration, CPR, and First Aid within 3 months.
• Valid Driver’s License with at least 1 year of driving experience.
• Proficiency in computer systems and data management.
• Availability during core hours with flexibility for evenings, weekends, or holidays.
