Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 2+ years of related experience or 2 years of college with 1 year related experience.
• Valid driver’s license and access to insured vehicle.
• Ability to complete required certifications (Medication Administration, CPR, First Aid) within designated timeframes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans with your team.
• Ensure a safe, supportive, and respectful environment for individuals served.
• Provide direct assistance with daily living activities, including personal care.
• Support household routines such as cooking, cleaning, laundry, and transportation.
• Maintain accurate financial records and safeguard personal belongings.
• Train and mentor Direct Care Professionals to deliver high-quality care.
• Promote community engagement through employment, recreation, and volunteer opportunities.
• Serve as a hands-on leader who models professionalism, positivity, and empathy.
